Casual visits are $6 per child. Adults and babies not yet walking are free. You don’t need to book — just show up during our opening hours and pay at the door.
If you plan to visit regularly, a membership is much better value — unlimited visits from just $10/month per child.
No booking needed at all! Just turn up during opening hours — Wednesday to Saturday, 9:30am to 1:30pm — and pay $6 per child at the door. Easy as that.
Wednesday – Saturday: 9:30am – 1:30pm
We close at 1:30pm during regular hours. Private hire is available on Saturdays from 2pm onwards. Hours may change on public holidays — check our Facebook page for any updates.
We cater for babies right through to primary school age. We have:
- 4+ jumping castles — various sizes for different ages
- Jungle gym climbing equipment
- Bubble play — perfect for little ones
- Smaller play areas designed for younger children and crawlers
- A dedicated mums & bubs room for feeding and resting
Babies who aren’t yet walking come in free of charge.
Both! We have indoor and outdoor play areas, including jumping castles inside and outside. This means rain or shine, your kids can play. We’re Ballina’s all-weather family fun option — no need to cancel plans because of the weather.
No — entry is for children only. Parents, carers and adults are welcome for free. We have comfortable seating areas, café-style seating, and a great coffee bar so parents can relax while the kids burn energy.
We offer two membership tiers:
- Monthly Pass — $10/month per child: Renews monthly, cancel anytime.
- Term Pass — $30 per child: Covers a full school term (3 months), paid upfront.
Both plans cap at 2 children per family — so the most a family pays is $20/month or $60/term.
🎉 Sign up takes 2 minutes on your phone
Get Monthly Pass →After signing up through Stripe, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Visit our membership card page on your phone, enter your email, and a digital card will appear showing your name, plan, and whether it’s active.
Just show the screen to our staff — green = active, red = expired. No app, no scanning, no fuss. We recommend bookmarking the page on your home screen.
Yes — monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime through the Stripe customer portal. Log in with the email you used to sign up.
Term passes are paid upfront for the full term and are non-refundable, but you can of course choose not to renew when the term ends.
Memberships are per child, but we cap the family cost at 2 children. So if you have 3 or more kids, you only pay for 2 — the rest come in free under your membership.
For example: a family with 3 kids on a monthly plan pays $20/month, not $30.

Book a Party →Party bookings are non-refundable. Because we roster on extra staff and order stock specifically for your event, we’re unable to refund once booked.
However, if your child is unwell and the party must be cancelled, and we’re unable to find an alternate date within 3 weeks, we will provide a credit towards an annual family membership pass rather than leaving you empty-handed.
We understand things happen — please contact us as early as possible if your circumstances change.
